No attorney-client relationship
Submitting an intake form, subscribing to the newsletter, sending an email, or otherwise communicating through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is created only upon execution of a written engagement letter with a specific attorney. Until that engagement letter is signed, please do not send confidential information you would not be comfortable sharing if no representation existed.

Concierge and referral service
Upload Counsel is operated by a licensed attorney as a legal concierge and referral service. Through the Site we triage matters and connect prospective clients with vetted attorneys in our network suited to the prospective client's jurisdiction and matter type. For larger matters that fit, the founder may refer matters to the founder's affiliated law firm. Where any referral relationship results in division of fees, it will comply with applicable rules of professional conduct, including informing the client and obtaining required consents.

Jurisdiction & bar admissions
The attorney responsible for the content of this website is Hina Irfan Mohiuddin, licensed to practice law in the State of Texas (State Bar of Texas, Bar Card No. 24132554; licensed October 31, 2022). Attorneys in our referral network are independently licensed in their respective jurisdictions. Principal contact location: Texas, United States. Use of the Site does not establish that any attorney is licensed to practice in your jurisdiction, and matters will only be undertaken where counsel can be lawfully matched.

Texas-specific referral disclosure
Upload Counsel is operated as a legal concierge and referral service under Texas Disciplinary Rule 7.03 and related rules. Where any referral results in a division of fees between the referring and engaged attorney, the client will be informed in writing of the participation of all attorneys involved and the basis for the division, and the client's written consent will be obtained, all in accordance with applicable rules of professional conduct. The total fee will be reasonable, and acceptance of a referral does not guarantee a particular outcome.
