Upload Counsel is a legal concierge and referral service operated by a licensed attorney. We do the triage. We map the matter, identify the jurisdiction, and connect you with vetted attorneys in our network suited to your specific situation.
For larger matters that fit, the founder may refer you directly to their affiliated law firm. Engagement of any attorney happens under a separate written engagement letter with that attorney.

We work with attorneys we've vetted for creator-economy fluency: platform terms, brand-deal mechanics, IP enforcement, entity structuring, and reputation defense. You aren't paying us to fan out a generic referral list — you're paying for a triage and a match.
Jurisdictions are matched to your matter. Pricing — flat fees where possible, hourly with clear scope when not — is visible before you engage.
